Q: We are on a tight budget, can we really afford the added expense of a Bridal Consultant?
A: This answer may surprise you, but, having a Bridal Consultant on your team may help you save money!  I save you from having to take time off from work to meet with several different vendors until you find one that fits your needs and several subsequent meetings afterwards to smooth out all the details.  As well, I have forged special relationships with many vendors and have already negotiated special discounts which I will pass on to you, often for significant savings. 

Q: Do I really need a Bridal Consultant?
A: This depends on you and whether or not you have the time, the resources and the creativity it takes to create the wedding of your dreams.  Your wedding is my #1 priority and my time is dedicated to achieving your wedding goals.  I have done the research and have met with a number of vendors and seen several locations.  I already know what is offered and have several ideas for creating a unique wedding that fits your vision. 

Q: How involved does the consultant get with decision making?
A: As your Bridal Consultant, I will be involved as much, or as little as you wish.  I can do all of the leg work for you and then allow you make the final decisions, or if you wish, I can make all of the creative decisions for you as well. I will meet with you to discuss with your needs and your preferences. This way I can work with you towards recreating the wedding you have dreamed of since you were a little girl. 

Q. How do I know that my wedding planner won't impose her style on my wedding?
A: You can rest assured that I will be working with your ideas and your style. Think of it this way, the Bride and Groom are like musicians and as the Bridal Consultant is like the conductor, your guests go to your wedding to see you, you will be the ones "creating the music" and I am simply responsible for ensuring that everything flows together nicely.

Q: Is it true that Bridal Consultants get paid from certain vendors for dealing with them most often?
A: Yes, this is true. However, here at Aphrodite Bridal Consulting, I never receive kick-backs or any kind of payments from any vendors. I choose to pass those savings on to my clients.
